Free access controls
Changes apply right away and last until the app restarts or deploys. To keep them, also set FREE_SESSION_MINUTES, FREE_MAX_ACTIVE and FREE_TOTAL_MBPS in Heroku. A new session length applies to sessions that start after the change.
Website reviews
People are told a safe website (not malicious or illegal) is added in less than 12 hours. Approving opens a site and its subdomains right away for everyone, and is saved across restarts and deploys.
